She was able to relieve the pain I was having and advise some stretches to keep it from coming back. The CBD oil and the hot stones were lovely. Tara did a wonderful job and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. The scheduling system is super easy to use as well :)

I found Tara on a Google search, and figured I'd give her a try. I wish I had booked an appointment with her sooner. After my 1st 90 minute session, I felt better than I have in years! She asked several questions to make sure she got to all my problem areas. If your on the fence about trying her services, don't be, she's 100% legit. You wont be disappointed. I really enjoyed the flow of the massage and felt like I was suspended in a relaxing trance the entire time. My favorite parts included the sacrum, legs, upper shoulders and scalp. Tara is very professional and the office is very clean and created a relaxing atmosphere to disconnect into. Overall, I walked away experiencing some amazing techniques and deep levels of relaxation. Everything is fully disinfected between every appointment. I love to keep my Mesa therapeutic massage room clean with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, plus warm and cozy!

Comfort

Ever had to lay on an uncomfortable massage table? My massage table is extra padded with a memory foam top. Pillows may be used to support your shoulders, and the room is warmly lit for your extra comfort.
